By accessing or using DocuNero's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DocuNero grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use our platform for your internal business purposes
• Upload and process documents through our API
• Integrate our analytics dashboards into your applications
• Use our SDKs and documentation for development purposes

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on our platform
• Use our services to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
• The accuracy and legality of documents you upload

Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Intellectual Property

DocuNero retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your documents and data, granting us only the rights necessary to provide our services.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high availability and performance:

• 99.9% uptime SLA for Starter and Professional plans
• 99.95% uptime SLA for Enterprise plans
• Scheduled maintenance windows with advance notice
• Service credits for SLA breaches as outlined in your plan

Data Processing

We process your documents and data solely to provide our services. We do not use your data to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing you with analytics and insights. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue our services with 90 days' notice
• Upon termination, your access to our services will cease
• You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use our services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuNero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
